💼 Job Responsibilities

✅ Create, manage, and optimize advertising accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Google, TikTok, and others.

✅ Develop advertising strategies to improve campaign performance and maximize ROI (Return on Investment).

✅ Analyze campaign data and optimize advertising performance based on key metrics.

✅ Manage advertising budgets efficiently while maintaining campaign profitability.

✅ Optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion funnels.

✅ Analyze audience behavior and adjust marketing strategies for different target markets.

✅ Prepare regular campaign performance reports and recommendations.

✅ Perform other digital advertising tasks assigned by the management team.

✅ Qualifications

✔️ Proven experience managing Facebook Ads or other digital advertising platforms.

✔️ Strong knowledge of Facebook Business Manager (Meta Business Suite), campaign structure, audience targeting, bidding strategies, ad optimization, and performance analysis.

✔️ Fluent in Mandarin (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).

✔️ Computer literate with strong analytical skills and the ability to learn quickly.

✔️ Understanding of advertising review policies, CTR optimization, conversion tracking, and user behavior analysis.

✔️ Experienced candidates will be invited for an online interview. Salary may be negotiated based on qualifications and professional experience.

⏰ Working Schedule

🕒 12 working hours per day (including three meal breaks and rest periods).

📅 2 days off per month

🔄 Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule.

💼 Salary & Benefits

💵 Probation Period (2 Months): USD 1,600

💵 After Confirmation: USD 1,700

📈 Salary increases by USD 100 every 3 months until reaching USD 2,000.

📈 After reaching USD 2,000, salary increases by USD 100 every 6 months up to a maximum of USD 2,200.

🎁 Performance Bonus: Up to USD 500 per month after successful confirmation as a permanent employee.
