JOB : English Customer Service Operations Specialist
Salary and Benefits: Base salary + performance bonus after probation + 13th-month bonus. $1000 USD during the two-month probation period, increasing to $1100 USD every three months, up to a maximum of $1500 USD; salary for experienced candidates is negotiable;
Working Hours: 12 hours (including meal breaks, 2 days off per month after probation);
Performance bonus after probation: $0-$400 USD
Salary Payment Method: USDT
Nationality Requirement: Taiwan, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Myanmar, Laos, Indonesia, etc. (excluding Chinese citizens)

5. Prior experience in customer service or clerical work is preferred;

1. Handling and answering customer inquiries on the platform;
2. Daily data statistics and related data analysis;
3. Assisting in handling customer complaints and abnormal issues.
4. Report and follow up on processing results promptly;

1、负责平台客户问题处理与解答
2、负责每日数据统计及相关数据分析
3、协助处理客户投诉与异常问题，及时上报并跟进处理结果
4、遵守公司规章制度，严格保密客户信息，维护公司形象与数据安全

基本薪资+转正绩效+十三薪
试用期1000美金，试用期两个月，转1100美金，每三个月涨100美金，直至1500美金封顶；有经验丰富者薪资面谈；
